Top five wrestlers who need to get pushed in the 'new' era of WWE

5- Finn Bàlor

In 2016 Finn Bàlor was at the height of his career. In the early stages of the year, Bàlor was the longest reigning NXT champion and was putting on great matches against Samoa Joe at Takeovers and live events, even when he lost his belt he was still a massive star and had all the momentum in the world. I remember when Bàlor got his injury and had to dropped the NXT title I remember how people thought the injury was fake and that he'll make his main roster debut at Payback or something like that. When he returned he still had so much momentum and was eventually drafted to Raw where he became the first ever WWE Universal champion however had to vacate it due to injury.  Ever since then Bàlor hasn't been able to conjure up the same amount of momentum and this is due to his booking. Things are starting to look better for Bàlor with his feud with Zigler and McIntyre and so I expect him to get big push in this 'new' era.

4- Gallows and Anderson

Gallows and Anderson haven't really become a massive name in WWE. Whilst they did reign as the WWE Raw tag team champions and did team with Styles and then later Bàlor, the team haven't gained too much momentum but they do have so much potential and I would argue are a perfect fit for WWE. Based off of this week's Smackdown they are getting pushed an I hope they get a title reign soon.

3- Bayley

Like Bàlor, Bayley was at the height of her popularity in 2016 and everyone wanted her to go to the main roster. She did have some success as the Raw Women's champion but never really felt like she did in NXT. Bayley is a very talented wrestler and she could easily put on a good face and heel character. I really want her to face stars like Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks but I feel for this to happen she needs to turn heel. Whilst a heel Bayley might seem odd if she turns in a similar fashion to Becky Lynch she'd become a massive star and ascend the ranks. A feud with Banks or Rousey could do this and I feel she is the most likely woman on the roster to get a push.

2- Ember Moon

When Ember Moon debuted on the Raw after Wrestlemania I was confused. Firstly she didn't need to debut as she was still making her name in NXT and secondly she should have debuted on Smackdown and start a feud against Asuka as that feud felt incomplete and was what really made Ember popular. Anyway Ember never really became that big of a star on Raw and so I feel she'll either have a match against Ronda at some point or move to Smackdown. Ember needs a push however I feel that she might go to the indies and that'll benefit her a lot.

1- The Ascension

Whilst yo could argue that the Revival should have had the number one spot, the Ascension haven't been used for anything for years. The only thing I remember them doing is forming a faction with Stardust ( Cody Rhodes) and that was years ago. But the thing is, the Ascension are actually pretty good but haven't been able to showcase this due to them only appearing at house shows and battle royals. The Ascension need a push more than anyone else or otherwise their whole career would have been wasted.

Tommaso Ciampa, Triple H and Mr McMahon are some of the best I. WWE but what made them so good. ROH star backstage at Raw, ROH star Debuts on NXT, Tyler Breeze going to NXT, NXT UK Takeover, Huge European star to NXT and more

World of Wrestling Blog 19 At this weeks Raw, ROH star Silas Young was spotted backstage. Whilst I'm not familiar with his work from what I've seen he's a very WWE style wrestler as in he sort of reminds me of Triple H for some reason. He also seems to be good on the mic and could be a good addition to the roster but I hope he starts off on NXT as I feel that this is best way to get him a fanbase in WWE. I recommend looking at his match with ACH on YouTube as whilst it isn't the best match you'll ever see I feel it's a good introduction.        Onto another ROH star being joining WWE, Punishment Martinez made his debut on NXT at the recent tapings. On his debut he faced Matt Riddle and after the match Riddle was attacked by Khasius Ohno.
