NXT title change, Aj styles Summerslam match, Randy Orton heel turn and more. WOW blog#7

Firstly I know I said that this post would have been up yesterday but something occurred so I was unable to deliver.

*Spoiler Alert*     

Last night Tommaso Ciampa beat Aleister Black to become the new NXT champion. This came as a shock to everyone especially due to this being expected to have been the main event of NXT Takeover Brooklyn 4. Now the NXT championship will be defended in a triple threat at Brooklyn. The match will feature Ciampa, Black and Gargano and I have high expectations for it. All three men are great in ring performers and are capable of putting on an outstanding match. I also believe it to be quite fast paced .
       Smackdown live gm Paige has announced that she will soon be revealing Aj Styles' Summerslam opponent next week and has spawned a lot speculation. The mostly agreed upon match is Aj vs Samoa Joe however expect a bigger match, a match that would shock the whole of the wrestling world. Aj Styles vs Rey Mysterio for the WWE championship, think about. Vince wouldn't make a segment just to announce a match like Aj vs Joe as he doesn't view that as a huge deal but he would do so with the singles return of Rey Mysterio.
       On the Extreme Rules PPV Randy Ortan made his return when he attacked Jeff Hardy after his match with Shinsuke Nakamura. On the following Smackdown Ortan would again attackm Jeff and try to rip his ear off, this was horrific and I love death matches. Anyway Ortan is now a heel which is what best suites his character. I feel this will lead to either a match at Summerslam or allow Hardy to take some time off and recover from injuries.
       Some NXT Takeover matches have also been confirmed, this includes Moustache Mountain vs Undisputed Era, Adam Cole vs Ricochet and Velveteen Dream vs EC3. This line ip is insane and makes me quite excited. Each match has great potential but I look forward for Dream's match against EC3 as I believe these two would have great chemistry. Adam Cole vs Ricochet is also guaranteed to be great and feels like an ROH main event.
       Overall the next set of PVVs from WWE seem to be quite good and I'm excited to see how they play out. I'm also excited to see more of Ciampa as champ.

Fighting With My Family Review

Fighting With My Family Review Fight with my family attempts to tell the story of the transition from the British indies to WWE made by WWE superstar Paige. The film is very entertaining and succeeds at creating drama and very funny moments. Whilst the film is filled with inaccuracies, it acts as an interesting insight into the life  of Paige despite being incredibly inaccurate. However I found the cinematography to be quite basic and some of the acting to be lacking. One thing the film succeeds incredibly at is comedy. I personally found that the comedy was well spaced out and used when appropriate. Scenes like the opening or the dinner scene where Paige and Zak find out about their WWE tryouts to be very good. The jokes in the film appeal to adults and children alongside wrestling fans and non wrestling fans. Tommaso Ciampa, Triple H and Mr McMahon are some of the best I. WWE but what made them so good.
